At numerous time this book drags and drags over incidentals. It became difficult to follow because the author constantly jumped back in time to tell one story or another. As key events unfolded in the story the author failed to answer obvious questions such as the fate of some key people. This should have been a slam-dunk, 5-star, book but the author completely failed.
