The idea of a roomba being transported to a new world and given autonomy sounds like an intriguing creative writing exercise, and the author delivered! It’s cute and fun, and started off really strong. About half way through though I was tempted to move on, it dragged. It really took until the end of the book for me to feel it picked up and I was curious what would come next, but not enough for me to continue the series.

Going with four stars because I believe it’s mainly a “not for me” issue, with a star lost because it could definitely been tighted up to improve pacing when transitioning from RR. I’d believe if have continued the series in this case.

It has quickly over powered (OP) MCs. I appreciate that the thirteen year old acts reasonably like her age.
