Still worth the coin! Thoroughly enjoyed! Sound…studios production/acting quality adds so much to the experience.
Upside: Consistent writing, energy and production quality. 7-8 books in and characters are still developing, narration and storyline holding true. Little or no loss in quality.
Downside: already grieving the inevitable end of series, despite M.D. continuing to churn out more for the posse.
Listening to this audiobook series will forever set the bar insanely high for all that follow. I have read highly recommended books, award winning authors…they all feel so basic in comparison. I keep thinking, “Are the other authors and producers even making an effort?”.
