Each character was unlikable. Nothing redeeming about them. The parents, although well educated made poor decisions regarding each event that occurred, whether it was a dramatic event or just simple parenting decisions. I guess the point of this story is to make us aware of the potential good and bad of AI but the story lacked. I was bored and frequently skimmed through the chapters. I was frustrated by the foolish behavior of all of the characters. Unfortunately, the narrators added to my dislike of each character. Everyone seemed whiny and needy.
