Hysterical and heartfelt, this series has won my heart! My daughter and I are obsessed and I’m so glad we’re finding this so late because we are just plowing right through these, having a great time with Carl & Princess Doughnut and their terrifying, extremely violent and hilarious adventures in the Dungeon. Fantastic writing, the reader is one of the very best I’ve ever had the pleasure of listening to! His versatility with the huge range of characters is outstanding and I’ve looked him up on you tube and loved watching switching back and forth between Carl, Doughnut and the gang! A Stunning talent who brings this great source material to life, and “God Damn it Doughnut” will forever be my heartfelt exclamation of dismay and disbelief at everything in my life that throws me curveballs as it perfectly encapsulates my feelings, and as a Cat owner, my little Sammy extracts an exclamation at least once a day! Highly, highly recommended for anyone who appreciates an engrossing, fast paced, extremely well written, raunchy, graphic side splitting & fantastically performed book! At a time when I desperately need a distraction from the enraging and heartbreaking rolling disaster that is happening in our country right now, this series couldn’t have come at a better time! A+++++
