This book was such a breath of fresh air. The fmc has a supportive family that loves her and no crazy trauma. The ammonisty at the academy wasn’t over the top unrealistic (for fantasy). Lastly the mmc were all likeable and mostly friendly to the fmc. The fmc wasn’t annoying and had ALL the confidence the entire book. I loved everything about the book and can’t wait for the next one.
