This was a good and wholesome story. However, something that endlessly irritated me was the use of the word “gun” to describe every firearm mentioned. Huge difference between a bunch of people with .22 pistols versus a group with suppressed ARs chambered in 300 blackout with thermal optics. Apparently this author sees no difference, both groups have “guns”.
