…but this whole series is my comfort book. guy mc is relatively wholesome, gal mc is a boss, the power of (mostly) friendship and seething rage progress the story in a way I find most agreeable. narration is absolutely amazing, the range between masculine and feminine in every point of both spectrums making each character come alive is super great. “peak”. thanks to author and narrator for bringing this into the world.
