I’ll start with saying I love the series as a whole but if I had to rank them this is my least favorite of the lot.
Typically with these books I get lost in the audio and can clearly visualize everything happening and keep my imagination running amok. This whole trains & subway theme had my mind derailed (in a bad way, just like that bad pun)
I flew through the first two books in days. This one took a month and I’m glad it’s over. Won’t review bomb it with 1 star because as I said, I love the series as a whole. But this one just isn’t it for me.
