I did enjoy the story and of course the characters. That said the story has to change as the whole “world” is falling apart and the AI is going insane. It forces the story to change shapes into something else. While it is understandable I have to say it changes the way you connect with the story. The first five books of the series are truly great and will enjoy the final ride to the end of Carl story
