This is still a good story but the “rails” limit the characters in a lot of ways. I didn’t like this floor but I get it. They had far less independence in their choices until the end. And, to understand why they had choices at the end, you had to really grasp the lore. It’s hard to surpass the previous stories because Carl and Donut had few options and were in survival mode and there was less chances for them to defy the system here. All that being said this was a setup chapter in the story, I am expecting greatness going forward. Not my favorite chapter but I believe greatness will follow.
