The dialogue between the protagonist and her BFF is snappy and somewhat realistic. The remaining characters are flat and stereotypical. The story is truly silly, and not in a fun way. Cheesy is fine if the plot is fire, but this one is more soggy ash. The story is simultaneously shot through with plot holes and strangled by unwieldy detail.
