Valroy and Abigail give me the ick.

I love dark romance and high levels of spice, but this is NOT that. It’s a VERY slow burn and it’s not spicy, it’s rapey.

Abigail is so meek the entire series and shows the whole series long with her actions and her words (except for rare circumstances) that she does not like the person he is and the things he does. Valroy loves himself more than Abigail and he only cares about what she wants of it coincides with what he wants or benefits him in some ways.

The first time they have intercourse it’s just talking about how much pain she is in and how she thinks she’s going to die and he just basically tells her right before he won’t want to stop so he won’t and she’s just gunna take it even if she’s not conscious.

I know he was supposed to be a villain and that’s the whole gist… but wow.
