So I was warned I might not like it because it’s kind of crude. And, yeah, I don’t like books that are nothing but toilet humor, so after that warning, I kind of stayed away.
Huge. Mistake.
Yeah, there’s some crude stuff in this book. But you know what? It’s funny! It’s not just lamely thrown in to be crude or edgy, it works and it’s funny – and based on the warning I got, I was expecting it to contain way more, so it seems mild now anyway LOL.
Anyway, all of that is to say, I really am loving this series, and am glad I found the first book cheap enough to take a chance on lol. Already finished book 2 and am starting 3.
Oh, and the narrator is phenomenal. All the stars for the performance as well as the book!
