The first 25% is unpolished and doesn’t get the premise out correctly. Stick with it because it is so good and classic Keri Lake. This is a beautiful, dark romance with an MMC that is a golden retriever for her only. It’s a wonderful representation of two very damaged, mentally ill people with hearts capable of great love, they just needed to find each other.
