The story was good, and definitely not the usual challenges we see in historical romances. I really liked the plot and how the main situation, infidelity, was handled.
The narration was acceptable, though incredibly slow. Like, insanely slow. Plan to speed it up to at minimum 1.25. I got this book, like 99% of the books I read, on sale and it was definitely worth it.
