No zombies!! Instead, this books is an enjoyable read/listen that will keep you enthralled. The main character, Tom, is a prepper, someone who prepares for the end of the world as we know it.
Would you know how to survive if there was no electricity, you were stranded, and had to live off the land? This book is not a how to book, but the author does share many skills and knowledge necessary to survive. It certainly makes you think about your own preparedness. Add in a little romance, and you’ve got a very enjoyable story.
I’ve listened to a few books narrated by Kevin Pierce, and highly recommend him.
