At first, I wasn’t able to get into this book. But I kept at it and I’m glad I did. The author does an excellent job conveying the impact the murders of Della Brown and Mindy Schloss had on Anchorage and the victim’s families. I Would have liked more about how the Brown murder impacted the Native community specifically. But overall, this is a well written, well researched true crime book.
