Well now, I must admit this has not been my favorite in this series. I was anticipating Lucien’s story and I expected more. I loved him in the previous books and I really wanted to hear about him and a strong woman who challenged him in a serious, fun manner but as an equal. I didn’t care for Eva. It wasn’t bad but it was rather dark and lacked the romance and playfulness of the previous books. It improved in the last part with some excitement. I was glad to see Andrew come through. The narrator did a decent job with the exception of Eva’s voice. I didn’t care for how he read her part – too breathless. I am looking forward to seeing how the last sibling’s story goes.
