This is a very talented author and the 2nd in the series. I would highly recommend reading or listening to book 1 before heading into this one. That being said I have to question WHY??? WHY??? change the narrator for this book when Kathleen Goodwin did such an excellent job with the first book. That being said …. Kitty Hendrix did a good job, its just that I preferred the performance of Ms. Goodwin and in fairness Ms. Goodwin’s performance was fresh in my ears as I listened to book 2 immediately after finishing book 1. I generally do not care for stories that are continued on in book after book. This series is the exception. So credit worthy!!! Mia and K’s romance is just part of the overall brilliant story that the authors painted!
