If you know nothing about Gurdjieff this might be of interest but only as a general outline. The profound content of Gurdjieff’s teaching is not captured in this book and is, in some cases, completely misunderstood in my opinion. That said I did pick up a few good reminders and insights which may have been worth the hours of listening.
