I have to admit, I do not read many true crime novels & I won’t read another book about Delphi, due to all of the misinformation & rumors, BUT I have been a long time listener of the podcast, and I know how passionate Nic & The Captain are when it comes to all of their cases they cover. I feel I know their morals & ethics so I gave it a listen.
With all of that being said, this book is more than just a Delphi dig. It’s factual and it talks about Nic’s mystery fascination starting at a very young age. He’s empathetic when speaking of the victims & their families. He cuts law enforcement no slack, all while backing them. Nic truly wants justice for all of the victims he speaks of in this book, and he speaks of quite a few. I won’t read it again because it’s heartbreaking and maddening. But I absolutely recommend this book to anyone wanting the facts about this case. As a bonus, you’ll get a chilling quote from Nic, speaking to the killer. I loved that part. It was amazing. What a great read. Justice for Abby & Libby.
