I’ll be honest, I knew this was book two of the series, and I have not read the first one yet. so i was a little lost. a little confused. Not so much that i couldn’t enjoy the story, but i would highly recommend reading the first book before this one.
All the relationships were enjoyable and they all had unique paths toward individual goals. Part of the fun was untangling how they all play, and fit into each other.
The ending wrapped up nicely, and leads you into the next book
sadly I wasn’t a fan of Mr hayes narration. but it was horrible it just wasn’t my style.
