As a young child growing up in Rochester this book gave me so much more than I recall seeing on the news and on the papers. I remember hearing all about Arthur Shawcross, the fear of the city and even had a mother working in a business office ear the site he would extract his victims. I also lived near Northhampton park and recall them catching him in y own hometown. However with all that said this book gave insight and knowledge about the case that isn’t widely known almost 30 years later!
