Who was your favorite character and why?
I have to say JJ did a great job portraying the relationship between Captain Taggert and his assistant. These 2 were the highlights of the book series for me.
What about Kevin Pierce’s performance did you like?
Kevin, always performs at the top of his field, I have to say he is my favorite narrator overall. The audio books would not make it without him.

This book starts off as most of the post apocalyptic books have been lately. What is the chances of 2 separated family members coming across some random guy in a foreign town hidden in a bunker? Little to NONE!!!
Don’t get me wrong the book is a good listen and passes the time as a book should. I feel parts of the book wouldn’t get moving again but then it did. Ive finished all 3 books in the series and am ready for #4. The ending and starting of the next books flow very well and didn’t waste rereading a whole chapter as some books have done.
