Robert Monroe is to stepping out of the body as Tesla and Edison were to the pioneering electricity. This is one of Monroe’s second book. I suggest reading them in order as they could be read independently, but they’ll be more understandable, instructive, and informative if you read them in the order in which they were originally released.
The narrator is very articulate, easy on the ears, has a gentle cadence that keeps you listening in a relaxed way without zoning out. Almost as though he’s reading it in front of a group of people around a fireplace. Nice.
Great book.
