This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
If you are into lists, steps, caveats, structure, and regimentation, this book is for you! If your not, this book will turn you off to the whole concept of the Paleo-lifestyle. It is much simpler than the author makes it out to be. Cave men didn’t have lists, steps, caveats and all the structure this book tries to use to impose on this concept. This is an easy way to eat and live and other books will show you how.
What could John Chatham have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
Not impose a ridgid program of structure around this concept…
What didn’t you like about Kevin Pierce’s performance?
Lack of emotion
You didn’t love this book… but did it have any redeeming qualities?
It is great for anyone who loves a rigid structure to guide them through something like eating properly.
