As with all of Jennifer Ashley’s shifter series, this is a solid book. I love her novellas as much as I do her full length novels.
I enjoyed the supernatural/spiritual element that was incorporated into this story about Jasmine and Mason. This is also where we meet Alec, the shifter healer from Guardian’s Mate, the most recent book in the series.
I have never listened to a book narrated by David Brenin and I thought he did a very good job of bringing the characters to life. He had wonderful pacing and the story really flowed when he narrated. I think he is a great addition to this series and hope he is used again. A.
