As usual Kevin Pierce does an phenomenal job as narrator. I’ve listened to so many by him that I feel like I could recognize his voice even if he coughed! Lol
The story was great. I loved the struggles to be good & do good while still trying to save yourself. I hated George Senior too. The problem is there really are people in this world just like him. Cruel for no reason. I understand his motives in protecting his son but his methods were despicable.
I will definitely be looking for more by Boyd.
