Would you try another book from Melissa F. Miller and/or Karen Commins?
Probably not. Not to be mean, but I definitely will not listen to anything narrated by Karen Cummins ever again. Listening to her was a real chore.

What didn’t you like about Karen Commins’s performance?
Very little difference between characters. Read super slow, at times she sounded robotic. She also missed many opportunities where, with just a little different tone or inflection, she could have nailed the context/intent/character, esp. Sasha.

Impatience.
