I found this to be a refreshing break in the genre. It made superhumans accessible. I’ve never really thought about being a superhero or supervillan but suspect if I did I might wonder which category to join. I appreciated the comic relief that was woven throughout the story. A true my new take on zombies and then as only a backdrop rathe than the central component. It’s certainly not Tolstoy or War and Peace, but it was a fun book that kept me engaged and attached to the characters.
