I loved this story and really hope to see more of Jimmy. This story (and hopefully series) reminded of the Infected series by Andrea Speed; minus the shifter element. Jimmy is a PI that grew up in Hell’s Kitchen with 1st generation Irish parents. Joel Leslie does a masterful Irish accent as a result. He witnessed his father’s death 15 years ago (murder?) and has never got over it. So while the story is primarily about solving a missing person case, the unsolved death of his father is also part of it. Warning though, that is not solved in this installment; along with some other relationship issues. There is a romance in this installment, but I’m not confident it is the ultimately relationship for Jimmy as the story introduces other potential suitors. And of course Jimmy has commitment issues. All and all this could be a really great series and I look forward to the next installment. Joel Leslie continues to be one of my favorite narrators and gives an awesome performance and brings this story to life.
