This is an excellent book to introduce the reader to Astral travel and the realities that exists just beyond the veil of perception. It can be a little tedious at times, as Monroe meticulously applies the scientific method to his every experiment. However, this use of the scientific method is exactly what most modern, scientifically minded people require to convince them of possibilities beyond what they were taught in school. In a word: awesome!
