The story sort of stumbles along, but on balance, it’s consistent with others in the series.

Only if you are a fan of Rebecca and the Joe Tesla series. It’s not an ideal stand alone book.
What does Jeffrey Kafer bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
The tone and attitude of Tesla, plus picking up the nuances of NYC, was something he adds to the story. ( Plus reading while doing other things is difficult, thus the audiobook experience! )
