Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I would recommend this audiobook to a friend!! If you like true crime, this is very interesting. The stories flow and you can clearly picture the story taking place.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Marie Roberts was my favorite character. Although the main story is not about her, you can’t help but to feel some empathy for her. She woke up one morning and her life was normal. In that one day, not only did she lose her husband, but he committed a horrible crime, and she had to deal with the guilt of the crime that he committed.
What about Kevin Pierce’s performance did you like?
While Kevin spoke clearly, I did not think that he had a voice that would keep you interested while listening to a long book.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
There was not a particular moment that moved me. Each story brought out so many emotions. I would go from happy to sad to mad to revulsion.
Any additional comments?
The only thing that I would have changed about this book is the title. It is titled the Amish Schoolhouse Murders but there are 4 stories in all, not just the story about the Amish Schoolhouse Murders.
