I found this book very helpful, motivating, and interesting, but it is a decade old, and from the pre-pandemic, pre-AI, early social media era. It’s my understanding that there is a new edition of this book coming out this year, and that will likely include an audiobook version, so while I would definitely recommend listening to this one while we wait for that version, I would hope the newer version would be more timely.
