I got Dresden vibes from the summary and took a chance and I am so glad I did. Stovall crafted an amazing story with compelling characters and a Live,Die,Repeat (or Groundhog’s Day if you’d prefer) style story that kept me interested the entire way through. I’m quite excited to read the next book, and if Stovall can craft a time-travel story this good, I’m interested to see what else she can do/has done. to show I’m not just a fan girl, my only criticism is use of pop culture references and modern games/tech. I found them incredibly fun, but could see them being annoying for some folks. Give the story a listen! I have to praise the performances as well. the story was a joy to listen to.
