Don’t waste a CREDIT!! 72% AI VOICE OVER

I was too far in, to get a refund. This book is 72% AI (Artificial Intelligent), there’s no variation in tone or emotions in any of the characters. Especially the males. Street words, no street tone. Anger/Fear, said in a flat emotionless tone, again AI. Oh wait… my bad, they did seem to pull off WHINEY females. The AI is so clear sometimes I had to grit my teeth through the monologue! AI voices changed back and forth on some characters. The lead male was described as being tall, dark chocolate and handsome “I think I want to have his baby” Her words” Yet the model on the cover is fair skinned, good-looking dude. Make it make sense.

An author is supposed to pull you into the characters and make you see and feel through their eyes and emotions. The old saying “Walk a day in my shoes.” The author failed here. The story is weak, things are left hanging in the air. I’m still trying to figure out when did Mission bury his mother. He gave away her house, but never mentioned her going home service or resting place. But he made sure to D Tia down once he got out of jail! LOL!! “Slinging and Clinging”

And every female these males dipped in was whipped. And they couldn’t just walk away from the D. Add to that, somehow their circle was so tight. That at some point Tia and Mia would run into these women. And the claws would come out! The author was more focused on making it clear that these men WERE slinging (THE WORLDS BEST D) and chicks WERE clinging! Too much focus on random sexual encounters. He didn’t bring females to his house, because once he D them. They would know where he lived and he didn’t want them just showing up, When he ghosted them. LOL!! Yet he D Tia on their first encounter in his house. LOL!! He so fine, HER MOTHER is trying to ride him, REALLY! Tia got pregnant by accident and Mia’s man was begged her to have his babies, Wow! A big-time drug dealer that doesn’t hold court with his Lieutenants and mules on a regular. To count his product weight and his cash. Do a head count on who’s doing what and where. And there no outside turf threats. Then there’s the (brother by another mother) who’s supposed to be a lawyer. But he doesn’t seem to have any cases or clients or court appearances. Oh, wait at the end with his ex and Mission’s arrest and Mission’s lieutenant. This book felt like I was reading/listening to a 17yr old fantasies “Dear dairy!” This book is not for REAL GROWN FOLKS!! Age group 17-25yrs. The title should’ve been. ” When Slinging and Clinging Is All You Have” Don’t waste a credit!
