It is a jail planet where the people in it are murderers. The real question is, why not just kill these horrible people with the death penalty? NO lets put them on a planet even though they have killed thousands of people!!! Then of course, the guards are corrupt and they evil people need to be SAVED!!!! No.
There is a reason it is sold as a set of 1-4, I would NEVER buy even one of these books. I got this only because of Jeff Hays who did an amazing job and it wasn’t worth listening to.
