I enjoyed this story which was my first experience with this author’s work. I liked the characters. I thought their rocky road to love was charming. It was easy for me to listen to the whole audiobook in one sitting as my imagination was captured by the ongoing events which took place. I thought Mary Phillips’ narration was pleasant to listen to and easy to follow. I was given a copy of the audiobook.
