I feel like every time Carl tried to follow a plan he got instantly side tracked or derailed by someone else. Nothing he did this floor followed any of his plans. Everybody and everybody’s brother had their plans kind of work. It was like following a string of cooked pasta with how windy and twisty the book was. Nobody friendly died who I thought would die. The biggest problem is the leveling, many crawlers have at least one tier 15 spell and are at their limit for improvement and a stat level cap was introduced. The author will have to introduce a new height in power for the series to continue in the next book. Carl can still advance cause he is a primal but others are going to have a hard time getting stronger with the stat and spell caps. I’m guessing the next floor will introduce a new concept like leveling a spell to a higher form and starting at level 1 or something, also the stat cap might increase every floor. A lot of the stray strings have been wrapped up and the series is in a prime spot now for new stuff to happen. One last thing… the ‘revenge of the daughter’ program 3rd season was mentioned as a potential problem once and then never showed up.
