The ideas and application of this book are incredible! The audible version is missing a chapter which is annoying. The narrator keeps saying visit 8dimensionsofleadership.com for your “free disc assessment” so you don’t have to wing it through the rest of the book That website does not offer a free assessment. It requires a code and the code isn’t given in the audible or the accompanying PDF! Sounds like like their leaders are dropping the ball. The irony is thick. There is a self assessment roadmap in one of the chapters but they keep recommending a free evaluation that is not there.
