overall, the writing wasn’t bad. the pacing in this story felt rushed at times with a lot of world building info dumps, followed by a very slow burn that I feel didn’t really burn at all. The ending wasn’t as impactful as I wanted it to be since I wasn’t totally invested. I think it’s a good fantasy/action concept that could use some polishing.
