Worst of the series so far.
Was looking forward to seeing clever team battles, intricate strategies, and meaningful sacrifices but this book was pure chaos. Too many new characters all with zero meaningful impact, new spells they never use or worse they use once for some hyper specific scenario then never reference again, new loot they never open, new opponents they barely describe and casually defeat, etc. Fun at times but disappointing overall.
Voice acting was pretty good as usual but WTF did they do to Mordecai?
