As an old school fan of the tv show, MIAMI VICE I was looking forward to hearing this. It sounded promising in the preview, so I took a chance. Sadly, the level of writing does not improve, and fails to deliver not much more than what you might expect from an 80’s era fanzine. After a half dozen chapters it didn’t get any better. Unable to return it for a refund, this title now blights my once great personal library of quality books acquired from Audible.
Buyer beware: If you like surface level “E! On Hollywood” style writing with no insight or revelation greater than the subject it covers, this book is for you.
