The plot at the beginning was great. Draw you in.. Just didn’t hold up through the whole story. – The narrator for MacKenzie was not great. Felt rushed and didn’t hold my attention, I get it’s a whiny angst college kid – but don’t overpower the story with it. Bouncing from a major discovery to a year later and then adding several more characters was a big disappointment. Seemed like the author didn’t know what to do after she dropped the bomb. She didn’t do the victim justice and just wanted to end the book.
