I’ll admit, it took me a few days to really get into the story. At first, I wasn’t sold on the narrator—the voice used for the protagonist felt overly sarcastic and didn’t quite match the tone I expected. It threw me off a bit.
But once the plot started to unfold, I found myself unexpectedly drawn in. The twists and turns were more engaging than I anticipated, and before I knew it, I had finished the rest of the book in a single day. The suspense really ramps up, and I ended up being genuinely satisfied with the way everything wrapped up.
