this story was bad. I don’t know whether to hate the author more or the people who reviewed this book and thought it was a great idea. I do enjoy antiheroes. but this anti-hero completely takes the Cake for making us wait half the book just to find out what his power is. and then whining about is power for the remainder of the book minus the last seven pages where he’s suddenly awesome. the whiny self-doubt and self-loathing goes on and on and on and on!
admittedly the narrator was absolutely fantastic with the material he had to work with.
