Can’t say enough about such a strong first book in a series. From classic RPG video games to DND it had a compelling game system and a completely compelling story. With no hesitation it pulls you in and doesn’t let loose until it finishes. Humor, off the cuff wit, some well placed your mom jokes, a super solid story with plenty of hinted at mystery and story to yet be told – I struggle to find reasons not to immediately jump into the next book and down the rabbit hole. The best book I’ve read in some time.
