Great Character development- Excellent narration.

The story takes off with a slow start- Thornby is a little bit caustic but begrudgingly lovable and Jon is sweet if insecure. Joel brings the characters to life beautifully with his narration.

I struggled to really get into it at first but I’m glad I stuck it out. Already snagged the authors other book to throw into my TBR.
